  • About Me

By way of academic background, I obtained my LLB Law degree from Durham University in 2024 and subsequently completed my Master’s in Legal Practice incorporating the Legal Practice Course (LLM LPC) at Northumbria University in 2025.

During my LLM LPC studies, I worked as a Legal Administrator in the Dispute Resolution department of a North East law firm, supporting fee earners on business and personal disputes. I also worked as a Legal Secretary at a specialist immigration firm, assisting with private immigration matters.

I have completed internships with HMCTS as a Court Clerk in the Family and Civil Courts, and with an international family law firm, assisting on cross-border family matters involving clients in England and Wales, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Since commencing my Training Contract, I have undertaken seats in Private Family, Crown Court and Civil Litigation. I began in the Private Family Department at our sister firm, gaining experience across a range of family law matters. I then joined the Crown Court Department at Watson Woodhouse, where I assisted on criminal defence matters and soon after attained my Police Station Accreditation. I later moved to Civil Litigation Department, working on Personal Injury claims, Inquests, Actions Against Public Authorities and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims.

I have now joined the Family Legal Aid Department, primarily focusing on children matters. Drawing on my experience from the different seats I have undertaken, I provide clear and practical guidance to help clients navigate family proceedings with confidence and understanding.
