In July 2025, I graduated Northumbria University with a master’s degree in law exempting the LPC. Throughout my time at university, I covered a range of area of law, most notably, I spent a year within the student law office focussing on Family law and covering a dissertation regarding Medical Law.

After I graduated, I began working at Teesside Crown Court as a Court Clerk. This job allowed me to witness criminal procedures from pleas up to sentence. I managed the courtroom, assisted Judges and logged and resulted hearings. This job allowed me to get a better understanding of criminal procedure and the legal system.

I have now undertaken the role as a Trainee Solicitor working within the Civil Litigation Department. I will be handling a range of claims arising from:

• Personal Injury
• Employers Liability
• Inquests

I am excited to undertake this new area of law and progress my legal career.
