On Friday an 19-year-old girl was left with severe head injuries when she crashed her motorcycle into a minibus in Fife.

The teenager was on a roundabout in the late afternoon on Friday when her blue and white Suzuki motorbike collided with a blue Ford minibus. She is presently being treated in hospital with serious head injuries.

An investigation is being launched to establish the circumstances of the crash, and Fife constabulary is appealing for witnesses.
