In 2021, I first joined the firm’s Crime Department (CDD) offering legal advice to detainees in police stations. After passing my Police Station Accreditation, I am now a fully qualified Police Station Representative able to represent detainees at police stations arrested for an array of criminal offences.
In 2022, I joined the Housing Department as a Housing Advisor to extend my legal portfolio. I’m qualified to give advice on a variety of housing issues such as Possession, Homelessness and Disrepair.
I moved to the Prison Law Department in September 2023. I dealt with an array of matters including Recalls/Oral Hearings, Adjudications and Category A Reviews.
I branched out to also deal with matters relating to Breaches of Human Rights of prisoners which can lead to claims being initiated against the prison.
In December 2024, I moved to the Crown Court Department. I deal with an extensive range of criminal cases that start from a police station interview and make there way up to the Crown Court.
I understand the importance of defence preparation and strong communication with the client so they know what is happening at every stage of their case.
I due to qualify as a Solicitor in March 2025.
Thereafter, I will undergo my Duty Solicitor Accreditation Scheme. Here, I will be able to provide legal representation for defendants charged with an offence at the Magistrates Court.
