I have practised in the North East since qualifying in 1993. My area of special interest is care proceedings. I represent adults and children in child protection cases, including secure accommodation, and cases where children are considered outside parental control. I have represented parents in cases where there had been issues with learning difficulties, mental health issues, drug or alcohol misuse, and domestic abuse.
