Business Management Team

Our Business Management Team (BMT) was newly created in 2020/21. It consists of Heads of Business, who work across our group of two Law Firms; Watson Woodhouse & Macks.

Our Board, direct the CEO in the Strategic direction of our group and set out major generic goals. Whilst the CEO and Business Management Team use their experience, knowledge and professionalism within their own Business Functions to execute the Strategy into operational plans, to achieve our long term organisational goals.

Our current Business Team strategically manage across the following business disciplines::

• Finance
• Marketing and Business Development
• Information Technology (IT)
• HR
• Compliance

The team are responsible for liaising with legal Heads of Departments and staff to implement solutions to issues as they arise. They bring with them experience and best practice gained from a wide array of Industries and disciplines in order to innovate and manage change through our practices, process and our people, which will ultimately impact on our bottom line, enabling us to future proof our business.
