Criminal defence

If you are under investigation or have been charged with an offence and facing Court Martial, our criminal law specialists are able to provide you with legal advice. All those who are serving are entitled to free legal advice when attending the police station or when having interviews with the military police. If your matter proceeds beyond the police station and you are informed you will be facing criminal proceedings we have highly experienced lawyers who regularly appear before the Courts Martial.

We will be able to assist you when applying for legal aid and if you are not eligible we offer discounted private rates for people in the Armed Forces. We advise anyone who’s facing criminal investigation or prosecution to seek legal advice as soon as possible.
