Nathan Clay
Following my law degree I briefly worked at a large insurance company in Leeds, before securing a position at a York law firm where I completed my training contract whilst studying for the LPC at the College of Law.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and have since specialised in a wide variety of civil litigation matters.
I have significant experience of acting for Claimants in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. These include complex litigation, fatality and serious injury claims, Road Traffic Accidents (including motorcycle cases), Employers and Public Liability cases, together with actions for negligent treatment against hospitals, GP surgeries, dentists, etc.
Additionally, I regularly deal with other areas of civil litigation, such as criminal injury (CICA) claims, professional negligence, inquests and actions against public authorities.
I pride myself on achieving the best results for my clients and giving them quality, personable service.
