Watson Woodhouse Solicitors have been offering a dedicated, professional legal service to their clients since 1988. Over the years they have built long standing client relationships based on trust. The firm first moved into Darlington in 2005, opening an office on Victoria Road, offering predominantly criminal law services. Earlier this year Watson Woodhouse decided to further invest in its Darlington practice by expanding its team and moving to a much improved premises on Duke Street.
The new office at 3 Duke Street provides a mix of private and publicly funded legal services across multiple categories of law. This move follows the recent appointment of a new criminal defence law team led by Stephen Andrews. Stephen is a local lawyer, formerly a partner at Freeman Johnson, who now heads up the Darlington business at Watson Woodhouse. Stephen is one of the most well-known Criminal Defence lawyers in the Darlington and Durham area, having a record of representing a diverse client base on all kinds of cases. Stephen Andrews joined Watson Woodhouse along with Stephanie Thompson (Solicitor) and Janette Price (Legal Secretary).
